The first WorkLife District in Cap Cana, developed by Grupo Joseda and designed by Morph. It puts work, retail, food and drink, wellness and everyday services into one building of five floors plus a rooftop.
Offices start at 35.6 m² and commercial units at 45.6 m², with combined options available.
It sits inside Lake District. Renting and subletting are allowed under corporate rules, and the mix of offices and services generates recurring footfall. Fit-outs are handled to the buyer’s brief.
Payment plan. USD 5,000 reservation; complete 20% on signing; 50% through construction and 30% on handover, subject to contract.
Construction is due to start in February 2027 and delivery in the first quarter of 2030.
CONFOTUR does not apply here: the building is commercial and corporate.
